Are all your Tekno models authentic?
Yes, absolutely. Every Tekno model we sell is 100% genuine and sourced from authorised distributors. We never sell replicas or counterfeits.
Do you ship Tekno models worldwide?
Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Free shipping is available on orders over €150 within the Netherlands.
How are the models packaged for shipping?
We take great care in packaging every order. Models are wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What scale are the Tekno models?
All Tekno models in our shop are 1:50 scale die-cast models. This is the standard scale for Tekno's range of trucks, trailers and accessories.
Can I return or exchange a model?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused models in original packaging. Please contact us first to arrange a return. Shipping costs for returns are at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank transfer, Paypal. All payments are processed securely through our WooCommerce checkout.
